Whistleblower

Secure intake is not live yet — we will not fake it.

Public Ledger does not currently operate a confidential whistleblower portal, SEC/counsel rail, or privileged submission form. That gate is intentional: identity, counsel, and confidentiality safeguards must be independently reviewed before any secure intake opens. Until then, this page is honest status — not a decoy form that wastes trust.

Where a concern sits

Public loop

Shared → in review → finding published. Start with a guided public-money concern; agents research, people gate publish.

Share a public concern
  1. Shared

A public-money concern is described and enters the platform as a review lead — not a legal filing or verdict.

  2. In review

Agents research public records; people confirm short gates. Nothing becomes a published finding without human review.

  3. Published

Source-backed results that clear review appear on Findings. Review leads with sources — not courtroom verdicts.

This shows the public review loop on Public Ledger — not a government FOIA request and not a ticket number.

What is and is not live

Founder-gated means we say “not yet” instead of shipping theater.

Secure rails are not live

SEC/counsel-gated whistleblower intake, confidential submission, and identity-protected channels are founder-gated. They will not launch until identity, counsel, and confidentiality safeguards are independently reviewed. There is no live secure form on this page — by design.

Public concern is not confidential

The product path for a source-backed public-money question is /concern. A normal public concern is not privileged, not anonymous by default, and not a substitute for counsel or a government whistleblower program.

Methodology is the trust rulebook

Secure reporting boundaries, source-backed opportunity rules, and human review posture live on methodology — including the secure-reporting note. We will not invent a hotline or guarantee outcomes for marketing.

Where to go instead

These doors are real product surfaces. None of them is a confidential whistleblower channel.

Share a public concern

Calm, source-backed public-money questions on the open product path. Not confidential. Not legal advice.

What this page is not

Boundaries

This is not legal advice, not a government whistleblower program, not attorney–client privilege, and not a live secure form. Do not submit secrets, insider nonpublic material, or sealed records through public product paths. Statutory whistleblower awards (if any) are separate legal regimes — not the same as platform $FOIA contribution rewards. Reward eligibility, recoveries, and token value are never guaranteed. See privacy, terms, and methodology secure reporting.
